As in the title, Absolute Tier Installer is not working when used to Ultimate Bin. Due to this, absolute tier installer has no effect on any items in Mekanism.

Yes, currently the installer cannot be used to upgrade from Ultimate to Absolute. Perhaps I will solve this problem in the future
