Can SIMA be used for motion correction of serial section images taken along a column of living tissue with a 2 photon microscope.In other words,i have a multichannel tiff stack of images taken along the axial plane of living tissue.We do not image along time scale for now.So, essentially this is a stack of 2d images where motion artifacts are present in each image and between images.
