模板消息发送post的网址有误 #20

正确的网址应该是：https://api.weixin.qq.com/cgi-bin/message/template/send?access_token=ACCESS_TOKEN
模块里面的网址写成了删除模板消息的网址：r = requests.post('%s/cgi-bin/template/del_private_template?access_token=%s' %

请更正一下，谢谢！

另外，没有客服消息的接口吗？
