Executable paper section

Just a suggestion to write about executable publications (jupyter notebooks and journal specific executable formats).

I have some materials for RMarkdown already produced here.

Note that Mozilla is also working on iodide-project which is web browser native reproducible notebooks (alpha stage but very interesting).

Could rename to dynamic documents maybe, seems to be more commonly used? (or is that something else?)

executable/computable/dynamic I don't know which is the most used (and referencing synonyms is practical for searchability)
