Refactor the Earn Page into a Page directed at developers

Scope

• Add a better introduction, make it appealing for developers to join us
• remove Ressources page
• fix broken Glassfrog integration Empty roles on the /earn page are not updated #158 ParseError: Attributes need to be unique #168
• remove Grant section Earn page: remove/disable "Grants" section  #129
• CTA: subscribe to newsletter (geek section), join slack, join to next kitchen call (interspace)
