does (or will) LeanDojo support local repo?

Hi, LeanDojo sometime arises the error of github request limit, like:

Request GET /repositories/129571436/branches?page=48 failed with 403: rate limit exceeded
Setting next backoff to 406.606571s

I think it is caused by the network problem. But I failed to fix it (poor network....).

So could LeanDojo work in an offline (or unstable network) environment?

Specifically I found that the only obstacle is that LeanDojo fetches the github repo. My problem can be solved by If it can trace a local repo.

it does not work in my env. But I solved it at last.
I modified dojo.py and trace.py for support my local repo.
But the modifed code is only tested on my env. I cannot ensure its effectiveness on a generic setup. So I did not commit the code here.
If there are more guys having similar request like me. I will be happy to carefully check my code and commit it to this project.
