Votekick message box not showing player name and reason

Yeah, as the title says, it just shows

something like that. Sorry if this is my second time reporting an issue, although it doesn't happen all the time and it kinda really don't bother that much.

I was wondering if this can be fixed via fixing something in the settings or just an issue itself.

woops i accidentally closed for a sec anyways

i managed to see the votekick message box work properly when i played casual so i assume that it's a bug? i haven't tested it on community servers
