Request to remove version ceiling for boto3 for v0.1.x langchain-aws

Sagemaker Distribution (SMD) is consuming langchain-aws v0.1.18, which has upperbound version constraints on boto3 package on conda-forge: https://conda-metadata-app.streamlit.app/?q=conda-forge%2Fnoarch%2Flangchain-aws-0.1.18-pyhd8ed1ab_0.conda. Is it possible to remove the version ceiling for v0.1.x langchain-aws? We got multiple requests to upgrade to boto3 v1.35, but we cannot upgrade it unless we bump the minor version of langchain-aws to v0.2. At this moment, it's difficult for us to upgrade langchain-aws to v0.2 because we are still consuming an older version of langchain package

Feel free to submit a PR to remove the ceiling. Please note that not all updates have been applied to v0.1.x, so just upgrading boto might not produce the intended change you expect.
