Cross-region support apac

In this Issue, the Asia Pacific Region ID is designated by ap, but it appears that it is now designated by apac. (Reference: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/bedrock/latest/userguide/inference-profiles-support.html)
In fact, I faced the following error when I used apac.anthropic.claude-3-haiku-20240307-v1:0.

Exception during agent run: Provider apac model does not support chat.
