Options to add to the parset

I am just documenting some options that need to be added to the parset. So far I can think of:

minLambda #minimum value of lambda if using flat prior
maxLambda #max value
NLamGrid # Number of grid points on which to evaluate the lik as func of Lambda when non flat prior
useMeanFuncs #whether to use mean functions for GPR or not (maybe for H and rho)
