[-] A an error occurred. The XML may not be well formed. Please review the error and try again: no element found: line 144, column 0

Could you please tell me how to fix it

Getting the same error. Initially, I received the error:

"[-] The file nmap_scan.xml cannot be found or you do not have permission to open the file."

so I touch'ed nmap_scan_xml and re-ran which produced this error:

'[-] A an error occurred. The XML may not be well formed. Please review the error and try again: no element found: line 1, column 0'

Running Ubuntu 21.04
