Original issue opened by @hdiogenes at kytos#244.

The backup procedure in kytos/kytos#794 is starting to get a little convoluted, it'd be better if we could backup Kytos files through the kytos command-line utility. Something like:

$ kytos backup [TARGET_PATH]
