What is your proposal:
负载感知调度插件中，usageThresholds 分为 CPU 阈值和 MEM 阈值， 但是做过滤时，只能统一选增 AggregatedUsage 或 实时值。我期望， CPU 选择 历史聚合值 AggregatedUsage， MEM 选择 实时值

Why is this needed:
我司应用多为 JAVA 应用， 由于K8s容器的特性，内存一般只增长，除非重启才会释放，我期望 CPU 使用历史聚合值，内存使用 实时值， 做判断。

@clay-wangzhi 这个是否可以抽象为：负载感知调度插件支持 CPU 和 Memory 支持选择不同的 Aggregated 窗口？
