Gasless minting on Polkadot Asset Hub

As there is currently a 10 DOT barrier to have a collection on Polkadot Asset Hub, we plan to have "KodaDot collective" collection.
We can help artists onboard w/o having $DOT in their wallets, buying $DOT or teleporting assets using pre-signatures.

Currently, it will work as a curated collection where the curation board of KodaDot would help artists to onboard verified artists.

Follow up actions

• @exezbcz can drop adjustments to simple mint - toggle if the user wants to do gassless mint to K-collective collection
• create a worker to do pre-signatures on behalf of the artist
• adjust the form for reaching out for pre-approval to the collective collection, the user needs to share their address (?)
• make a hello page for this to artists to help them understand how this "sub-sized minting works" and why it's essential for artists to bridge these fees by KodaDot

Will that be for multiple items or only one item?

This is a collection on Rarible where you can mint without creating and having a collection. It has only been tested on Polygon and is probably also cheaper.
