Add log link option for binary data generation

While it is possible to generate probabilities with a log link using a "nonrandom" distribution, it is not possible directly when specifying a "binary" or "binomial" distribution. This would be helpful when trying to directly control risk ratios in the data generation process. It would remove one step from the data definition process.
