The message i am getting is

This pull request was submitted to a repository that does not follow the values of Hacktoberfest, so has been excluded. No pull requests to this repository will be counted for Hacktoberfest.

I think it might be ok for the upcoming PRs in this repo.

I just got the same for my PR today, mine says pr was submitted to a repository that is not participating,
