Can we upgrade to later versions of deps

The requirements are pinned, and require really old versions of deps, though strangely, this project is cited in other projects using new versions of ultralytics etc that use newer versions of torch in 2.x range. So maybe it still works? In any case this is a nice package that I'd love to continue using.

I'm "scared" that I'll end up just using ultralytics :-D
