In particular, find a way to present specific documents. On the smartphone apps, this is being controlled by the "menu" collection.

I suppose that since we are short on time, we could just maintain a manual list for this year. Maybe just add another top-bar option "readme.nfo" and have it expand with the above options? IDK.

I'm sure that we're going to add more documents than listed above, before DC32 is over.

Menu is now being utilized for organizations and documents (and there is now a /docs page.
