Hi there, I just ran data through the SICILIAN pipeline including post processing, the output is a 'project_with_postprocessing.txt' file. According to the SpliZ read me there should be a 'strand' variable, but I did not see that variable in the SICILIAN output (all other variables appear to be present). I was just wondering if the 'strand' data is stored in a different name variable or how I might find it?

Not sure if this is helpful, but when I ran SICILIAN it was with stranded_library = False since we are using unstranded SmartSeq2 data, is that why there is no strand variable?
I think this problem is similar to the second comment you made. I think it may be due to package inconsistencies (I'm using pandas=1.0.4 and pyarrow=0.15.1) but I just pushed a change that should get around this error even if you don't change the versions you're using (no need to change/add columns). Let me know if you continue to have problems.
