Excluding communications

Hello,

Is there a way to exclude certain communications? I am looking at two different tissues in one CellChat object and the cell-cell communication between these tissues; CellChat finds all cell-cell communications, and I am wondering if there is code for excluding same tissue cell-cell communications and just having different tissue cell-cell communications for visualisation (if this makes sense).
