Nutrient acquisition is necessary for every organism whether pathogenic or not. Thus, it is not needed for PathGO. The features of nutrient acquisition that are damaging or deleterious can be captured by other terms. Cellular structures that are damaged in the course of what might (or might not be) nutrient acquisition, such as PATHGO:0000149 (mediates carbohydrate degradation in another organism) should be re-parented under disrupting cellular or tissue structures.
