add blip captioning from questions ?

it would be possible to implement a sort of captioning by questioning with custom files ... like is this picture a photograph, painting, anime, cartoon, or 3d render? and than if is for example anime or painting ..what style ? like building your set of questions to prase a better captioning or combine the ansewes for a better tag

I have thought about adding a "caption template" system like that in the past, but ended up abandoning the idea to work on other features instead. I will reconsider adding it, but it might take some time. This is closely related to another project I'm working on about structured decoding, so I could take some things from there or use it directly once it is complete.
