Currently Flood uses qBittorrent's manual torrent adding mode, which downlods in the selected folder. However if you setup both Default Save Path and Keep incomplete torrents in qBittorrent's webui, then you can use Automatic mode when adding a torrent, which will separate incomplete downloads and finished downloads. Would be nice if you could have this feature in Flood aswell. Flood's RSS does use the Automatic mode though for adding torrents.
