No results folder gives error

Hi Jeroen,

Minor issue but one worth fixing (if my understanding is correct). The sim.R script makes reference to a results folder but this does not exist in the repository, giving an error. By default, the error message is masked by the parallel processing (it will just say "cannot open connection"). Adding an empty results folder will remedy the issue (maybe with a text file content so git does not ignore the folder?).
