my md can show picture when my project start in local,but failed to show picture when i deploy to github pages

I config the 'base' in config.js：

module.exports = {
  base: '/note/' //基础路径
}

And in my markdown files：

![picture.png](/images/)

And my picture put into .vuepress/images.

When the project start in local environment,the picture is successfully showed.

But when I deploy to Github pages,it fail.
