libsql-server doesn't find the releases using ubi

It seems as if the ubi configuration for libsql-server needs some tweaks to find the releases on Github.

If I run this command mise can't find the release:

> mise exec [email protected] -- sqld --version` 
mise ERROR failed to install ubi:tursodatabase/libsql[tag_regex=libsql-server,exe=sqld]@0.24.31
mise ERROR Failed to install with ubi 'ubi:tursodatabase/libsql[tag_regex=libsql-server,exe=sqld]@0.24.31': HTTP status client error (404 Not Found) for url (https://api.github.com/repos/tursodatabase/libsql/releases/tags/v0.24.31)
mise ERROR Run with --verbose or MISE_VERBOSE=1 for more information

However, if I use a more explicit version tag, mise does find the release:

> mise exec [email protected] -- sqld --version
sqld sqld 0.24.31 (e88c6b51 2025-01-06)
