Bug report: Strange argument parsing in mise run

In the help for the mise run command one can find:

Usage: run [OPTIONS] [TASK] [ARGS]...

This suggests that once [TASK] is declared in the commandline, everything after that is part of the task's arguments. However, it seems like mise's argument parsing doesn't work that way and there could be conflicts between [OPTIONS] and [ARGS].

Example to reproduce the problem

Start by creating a new task:

❯ mise task edit mytask

Edit the task like so:

# Setting the -z flag works as expected
❯ mise run -q mytask -z 'Hello'
Flag <type> is set to: <foo>
Flag <z> is set!
Hello! This is my task and I want to say: Hello

# However, the '-t' flag doesn't (--type does work, however)
❯ mise run -q mytask -t bar 'Hello'
Flag <type> is set to: <foo>
Flag <z> is NOT set
Hello! This is my task and I want to say: Hello

❯ mise run -q mytask --type bar 'Hello'
Flag <type> is set to: <bar>
Flag <z> is NOT set
Hello! This is my task and I want to say: Hello

# It seems to be because '-t' is interpreted as an [OPTION] for mise run:
❯ mise run -q mytask -t 'node@99' 'Hello'
mise ERROR failed to install core:node@99
mise ERROR HTTP status client error (404 Not Found) for url (https://nodejs.org/dist/v99/node-v99.tar.gz)
mise ERROR Run with --verbose or MISE_VERBOSE=1 for more information

# As a work-around, the '-t' flag can be moved to the end of the commandline:
❯ mise run -q mytask 'Hello' -t baz
Flag <type> is set to: <baz>
Flag <z> is NOT set
Hello! This is my task and I want to say: Hello

Is this a bug in mise? Or maybe in usage? Am I missing something?
