check for potential issues regarding special names "untitledxxx.txt" / "unbenanntxxx.txt" of editors (those are marked as not dirty but do not have a file system equivalent.)

Especially check what happens when switching languages. My experience is that then, the file of that name (in the other language) is not recognized as special anymore and the editor area stays empty.
