Language switch not working on macOS

The language switch via preferences is not working on macOS. The active language in the combo box is always English, even if it is not. Switching to another language does not ask for a restart, nor does it change the active language after a manual restart.

I noticed something that may be related to the problem. In org.jcryptool.core/plugin.xml, Eclipse indicates that no schema could be found for the extension point platformLanguage (see screenshot - marked in yellow). The scheme exists however (see screenshot - marked in red).

If someone under OSX could confirm this issue still stands, it would be nice.
