to do annotation issues

• with a to do item selected, the right-click menu options "set checked" (etc.) don't work (remove does); seems to be caused by ZFlyEmProofDoc::getObjectList() not returning the right list (or any list)
• in the todo table dialog, the set checked/unchecked also don't work; seem to go through that same method as above
• in 3d view, the color of the to do doesn't update when checked status is changed (works in 2d view)
