Long-time user of the plugin, two quick questions:

  • The new appearance resembles more of the actual Todoist UI...but I really preferred how the old appearance resembled native Obsidian tasks, with smaller margins and no big, intruding lines. Is there a chance that could be provided as an option?
  • How do you hide all metadata? If I don't specify anything via show, then all metadata renders, as the documentation states; but do I really need to show one metadata just to avoid this when I would prefer to not show any metadata whatsoever? I had this issue in the past and so just used the plugin settings, but they have now been depreciated.

Hey @vervitee, I'm sorry the changes aren't quite working out for you!

This is similar to #322, while the provided CSS snippet probably does not work, tweaking the CSS might get you 90% of the way there. I do intend to introduce alternative "styles" of rendering the tasks in the future, so a minimal style seems reasonable!

How do you hide all metadata? If I don't specify anything via show, then all metadata renders, as the documentation states; but do I really need to show one metadata just to avoid this when I would prefer to not show any metadata whatsoever? Yeah this was an oversight on my side, I didn't notice that this was no longer possible. In the next release, I'm adding a change to allow you to do show: none to hide all metadata

+1 to old style

I wasn't able to use the CSS to make it single line.
