Add message template support

Completely random messages have limited value. Sangrenel needs a template system that allows users to model messages that more accurately reflect real world data.

@jamiealquiza this would be neat. For the time being, simply supporting reading from a file would be useful as well (although this would mean the same message is sent to kafka each time).
