Contributor License Agreement

By submitting a pull request (PR) to this repository, you, the contributor, agree to the following terms:

  1. Ownership and License: You confirm that the code or materials you contribute are either your original work, or that you have obtained the necessary rights and permissions to submit it under the terms of the AGPL-3.0 license.
  2. Grant of Rights: You grant the repository owners (current and future) an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to modify, distribute, and publish your contributions as part of the project, including the right to sublicense your contributions, under the AGPL-3.0 license, and to relicense your contributions under a different open-source license in the future, provided the new license is compatible with AGPL-3.0.
  3. Attribution: The repository owners will provide appropriate credit to you in the commit history as required by the AGPL-3.0 license. Additionally, contributors whose work makes a substantial impact on the project will be added to the list of contributors in the README, intended for use by referencing publications. Substantial contributions are determined at the sole discretion of the repository owners and typically include significant new features, major bug fixes, or other meaningful contributions.
  4. No Further Permission Needed: You acknowledge that the repository owners are not required to contact you for permission to make changes to your contributions or to publish adaptations or results derived from them.
  5. Warranty Disclaimer: You warrant that your contributions do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party, your contributions do not violate any applicable laws or regulations, and you are not aware of any claims or legal issues that could affect the use of your contributions.
  6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising from it shall be resolved in the United Kingdom.

By opening a pull request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Contributor License Agreement.
