안녕하세요
CXX 관련한 환경변수 지정할 때
"CMAKE_CXX_EXTENSIONS을 OFF로 하지 않으면 GNU 확장이 사용된다."이 있는데

GNU 확장에 대한 개념과 이를 사용하면 안되는 상황이 있을까요?

그리고 추가적으로 BUILD_TYPE=DEBUG, RELEASE차이는 라이브러리 사이즈 차이라고 보면 되나요? 라이브러리 속도 사이즈와는 무관한거죠?
