Took longer than I expecteed to get out. Adding many features at the same time can certainly complicate things.

Add sponsor images and links to menu
Add sponsor shout-out Easter egg
Add place name placards
Add new maps with placard data
Add rider location slide
Various bug fixes and code cleanups
Improved text to 'Camera settings' menu
Fixed issues with highlighting in 'Select your route'
