Circle-Map Repeats output file

Dear Circle-Map team

For the Circle-Map Realign tutorial you have an overview where the data in each column are explained, but these column headers do not seem to apply to the Circle-Map Repeats output file. Is it possible to receive a header for this .bed file or a short explanation for the data in each column?

Sorry for the silence and glad you found an answer. I find it surprising (and makes me happy!) that people is using the software for the repeats. I suspect you are based in Denmark. If so, feel free to reach me if you wanna discuss more stuff. I will be happy to help.
