Install Docker / init.sh not found

Hi there,

I'm trying to install a docker version on

• Debian Buster/10 VM freshly installed.
• Docker version 20.10.17, build 100c701
• Docker Compose version v2.7.0

in home dir (or a project dir in root) I clone the stable branch :

git clone -b stable https://github.com/inventree/InvenTree

git branch -a
* stable

  remotes/origin/0.7.x
  remotes/origin/HEAD -> origin/master
  remotes/origin/l10
  remotes/origin/l10_crowdin

then à move in ./Inventry/docker (in /home or in a project dedicated folder at the root), and
docker-compose run inventree-dev-server invoke update

and the output is :

Use 'docker scan' to run Snyk tests against images to find vulnerabilities and learn how to fix them

This spot 2 errors :

 ⠿ inventree-dev-server Error

/bin/bash: ./docker/init.sh: No such file or directory

I grant privilege on that file (and the whole folder btw), but the init.sh file error is persistent....

On the latest branch I also got the same error.

I tried to sudo each command, with or without editing .env.

Could you point me where I miss smth?

[Edit] I'm trying with a downgraded docker-compose version to 1.29.2)
[Edit 2] That's seems a little better, but I'm stuck on issue #3388

@Bbillyben looks like this is a docker compose v1/v2 issue (as you have discovered). Looking into this now, but it appears that docker compose does not support relative volume paths in v2

This will have to be addressed!
