problem: when something is indexed with dynamic mapping including languages, then the searches fail with maxClauseExceeded issue

this has to be fixed as well, causing many issues on max search clauses due to languages in title field inveniosoftware/invenio-vocabularies#282

@psaiz suggests that the title field with many languages should be handled properly at the moment it is being indexed
