This bot will resolves items enumerated in #710, which includes import works, awards, subjects, photos, descriptions, etc.

This will implicitly help resolve #2332

An existing WikidataBot with a Wikidata account exists here: https://github.com/cdrini/openlibrary-wikidata-bot. Development will occur there for the time being.
