Redelegate to new StakeWith.Us Validator

We have changed our validator to a new set of pubkeys, our previous validator is :

Which ICF has kindly provided alil over 36k atoms to us in support.

We would like to request the ICF team to redelegate the 36k to our new validator below:

Can you please provide a proof that you control both accounts? The way to do this is to send a transaction from each account, and include the address of the other account in the memo field. See for instance: #11

Once complete, please provide a link for each. Then the redelegation can be performed.

We have sent a transaction from each validator to the other and included the address of the recipient validator in the memo.
