Add functions like in prometheus/graphite #23

Hello Instana Team,

to be able to build graphs with multiple series, it is very useful to have functions to do arithmetic and aggregation on these data.

f.e.
aggregations: sum, min, max, stddev, stdvar, top
functions: delta, rate, timeShift

Hello Mr Simon,

thank you for your FR. I added it to our backlog, there is no ETA for this feature, though.

I provide you with an update once the feature is scheduled.
