extract MySQL ORM into its own package

I've just finished writing a MySQL ORM using Galileo.

If course now I find Galileo has an ORM.
I've looked for an ORM on multiple occasions and never found this one

I would like to suggest that we extract the orm into its own package and publish in pub.dev to increase its visibility.

I haven't had much time to update the packages, and the documentation, but I find the idea of creating a separate ORM interesting, I started something here https://pub.dev/packages/fluent_query_builder

If you want to help with this I will try to take the time to help as much as possible
