Why

We need the explorer to display the list of certified Incremental Cardano DB when the signed entity type is activated on the aggregator.

What

Add a new tab Cardano DB V2 in the explorer.

How

  • Add a new tab in the explorer which is available only when the Incremental Cardano DB signed entity type is advertised by the aggregator
