It would be very handy if IqRdf could (optionally?) drop duplicate triples from the output.

That would allow for better decoupling in the caller, as they wouldn't have to worry about different parts of the system generating the same triple in certain situations.

It should be possible to maintain a lookup table ({ subject: { predicate: objects } }) for each document - @tillsc?
