document_webdav_fast: Not able to connect from windows as network drive #7

I'm not able to connect as network drive from windows
Steps to reproduce

Enter the information of the Odoo server and webdav path
Log in with a user credentials
This error shows on the server log
This error show on windows

Hi,

Same error here (but WebDAV mounted on Ubuntu with Nautilus), the return_options function is not defined.
