Folder Names are not shown correctly in Windows File Explorer

First of all thanks for this cool webdav implementation! It works nice with many clients...
But as described in the subject, the windows explorer does not use the display name (see here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/21631376/windows-explorer-incorrectly-displays-webdav-server-file-folder-names). When I call the webdav folder with any Office Program I will see the correct folder names, but not in win explorer. There I see 8 times the same name (my user name).

It would be nice when this problem with windows could be solved.

Hi Renzo,

which version are you using (7.0 or 8.0)?
the folder names are all identical? That is a little confusing, as the link describe that the name in windows is the same as the url and they should be unique for all 8 folders.
Can you give more information please.

First of all thanks for this very quick answer!

As shown in the following image, every folder is named "jamotion":

This is shown like this in Windows Explorer and also on any "file open" dialog of programs using the windows file explorer for it.

But when I show the same share with the "open file" dialog from office (word, excel) it shows correctly:

I use Odoo 8.0 (build from 20150205) and Windows 8.1 Enterprise.

Do you need more informations? If necessary I will give you access on our Odoo, because it is only a test database. Thanks for your help!

We currently have a customer who is really interested in using the webdav. So we need your webdav_faster module working with newest windows version. Is there any chance that you will fix this as part of our customer project (and with payment for your work)? Could you tell me a price for that fix?
