[canonical / rebuilt] keep the ark ids down the line #141

For citation and linking purposes, we would need to keep the ark id info, whenever it is available.

Still to be discussed, but a setup could be:

issue ark ids: in canonical + in mysql in issue table
content item ark ids: in rebuilt + solr

e-maud assigned e-maud, piconti and simon-clematide

Make sense to me. Having them in canonical and rebuilt is the most important for me.
