SpecFlow support

Would be great to have support for SpecFlow (https://specflow.org/). Not sure what would be required for that. Just putting this here to get the conversation going.

I know SpecFlow (or the chosen underlying test framework e.g. mstest, xunit) uses a certain naming convention for scenarios the use arguments/tables for reuse which will almost certainly not match with what is used as the name of a test case in DevOps. DevOps test cases do support arguments however, so we'll have to investigate how we could match this. Perhaps it's possible to match based on the SpecFlow scenario name or match multiple tests to a single test case? @tawwabDjalielie do you have any spare time to dive into this? Would be really valuable for our current and future projects.
