Wide-screen for 4:3 stage option

add the wide screen option for 4:3 stages in the save folder file.

Hello again, I’ve been thinking about whether the idea of a wide screen option on win mugen/plus/1.0/1.1 stages in 4.3 ratio to 16.9
an example: if the stage is in 4:3 the request option has calculated to the engine the horizontal length of the stage automatically and this one is quite large it would be displayed in 16:9 (not zoomed as currently) I do not know at all if the idea is possible, because I don’t have the knowledge to know if this is possible. But I would like to know if a devlopper will find the idea available. coordially.

Note:this type of option will also make it possible to no longer need a systemfit/stagefit option because depending on the possibility of some internship it would be adapted on the entire wide screen.
