Settings File for Calibration - 1km resolution

Hi,

How does the calibration settings file have to differ from the initial settings file used for the first runs of the model. I am currently trying to calibrate at 1 km resolution.
I have watched the tutorials and done last year's Summer School with the model at 30 arc min and also ran the 5 arc min model and there was a difference between the settings files as I understand.
